1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Valentino AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our autonomous strategy services.

2. Use of Services

Valentino AI provides autonomous strategy and content tools for founders and small-business owners. You are responsible for the inputs provided and the strategic decisions made based on our outputs.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the strategic assets generated through our platform. Valentino AI retains all rights to the underlying technology, algorithms, and autonomous agents.

4. Calls and Text Messages

Our published phone line is answered by an AI voice agent. Calls are transcribed and retained so we can act on your enquiry and follow up.

• During a call, the agent may ask for your permission to text you about that same conversation. Agreeing authorizes messages about that conversation only. It does not authorize marketing or promotional texts, and we do not treat it as if it does.
• Marketing texts require a separate written opt-in: the optional, unticked-by-default consent box on a form where you provided a mobile number, or a confirming reply to a message asking you to confirm. Providing a phone number is never by itself consent to marketing messages.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase, of booking a consultation, or of submitting any form on this site.
• Messages are from Valentino AI about your enquiry and about Valentino AI products and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.
• A STOP revokes every type of message to that number and cannot be overridden by a later verbal agreement on a call — re-subscribing has to be done in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Valentino AI provides strategic insights but does not guarantee business outcomes. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from strategic decisions made using our platform.
