1. Data Protection Commitment

Valentino AI, LLC provides AI advisory services and an AI receptionist, Valerie. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, calls, and text messages. We are headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including:

• Account information (name, email, business name)
• Usage data and analytics to improve our AI models (anonymized)
• Strategic inputs provided to our autonomous agents

Crucially: We never use your proprietary client data or strategic outputs to train our base models for other users.

3. Security Measures

We use access controls and our service providers’ encryption features to protect stored information and data in transit. Access to message and consent records is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers.

4. AI Receptionist, Calls, and SMS

Valentino AI, LLC operates Valerie, our AI receptionist. Calls may be transcribed to answer inquiries and document actions. SMS enrollment is optional and uses exactly two methods:

• During a call, Valerie first asks permission to send a consent text. A spoken yes permits only that request. The text explains recurring inquiry messages and marketing about Valentino AI products and services. Reply Y or YES to agree; N or NO means no further texts.
• On our contact form, provide a mobile number and select the optional SMS checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Providing a number alone is not consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Each first message identifies Valentino AI and Valerie as an AI assistant. Proactive texts are limited to 8am–8pm in the recipient’s confirmed time zone. We do not cold text or use bought lists.

SMS data and retention

We keep your mobile number, inbound and outbound messages, delivery status, and consent and opt-out records. Evidence includes timestamps, the disclosure presented, your response, enrollment source, and the call ID when enrollment or revocation occurs during a call. We retain SMS messages and consent/opt-out evidence for at least five years after the last message or consent event, whichever is later, for compliance and dispute handling. A suppression record may be retained longer to honor your opt-out. This SMS retention period does not set the retention period for call recordings or transcripts.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP, use plain language such as “stop texting me,” tell Valerie during a call, call (682) 418-5550, or email contact@valentinoai.com with the mobile number to stop SMS. Requests received by email are processed by our customer-care team. Reply HELP for help. STOP revokes inquiry and marketing texts. Reply START to resubscribe to the program you previously consented to in writing; START does not enroll a new number. A later spoken yes does not override an opt-out.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process mobile information only to deliver messages, maintain records, and provide customer care on our behalf.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and other privacy regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. You can export your strategic assets at any time through the dashboard.
