Alex Orozco is a logistics AI specialist and operations-transformation leader with 15+ years spanning freight forwarding, international operations, pricing, sales, process improvement, BI, and technology adoption. He helps freight teams turn operational bottlenecks into usable data, clear workflows, and AI-enabled systems — with the people who run the work involved from discovery through handoff.
Most AI vendors selling into freight arrive from software and learn the industry on the client’s budget. The sequence here is the other way around: the operations experience came first, and the AI work grew out of the reporting, quoting, and exception problems that recur across forwarding operations.
