How credits work
Each tool costs credits roughly proportional to what it costs us to run — bigger models, longer outputs, paid data sources, and voice minutes use more credits than quick strategy work. You only pay for what you actually run.
Every account starts with 20 free credits. Top-up credits never expire — add more any time from your dashboard.

What are credits?+
Credits are the unit of consumption on Valentino AI. Every time you run an AI tool, a small number of credits is deducted from your workspace's shared pool. Simple strategy tools (SWOT, ad copy, ICP builder) cost 1 credit. Deep analysis tools (business plans, competitor reports) cost 2 credits. Live market research costs 3 credits. AI Search Optimization costs 3 credits. Photo generation and logo/product design cost 4 credits per image. Deep Research (Sonar Deep on Growth) costs 12 credits per run. You only pay for what you actually use.
How does per-seat billing work?+
You pay for each active seat in your workspace. Pro is $39 per seat per month ($31 with annual billing), Growth is $89 per seat per month ($71 with annual billing). Inviting a teammate prorates the seat charge on your next invoice; removing a seat prorates a credit. Credits scale with seats too — a 3-seat Pro workspace gets 3,000 credits in its shared pool each month.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Unused subscription credits do not roll over month to month — they reset on your billing date each cycle. However, any credit top-up packs you purchase are permanent and never expire. If you consistently have leftover credits, consider dropping a seat or downgrading.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, add seats, remove seats, or cancel at any time from your dashboard settings. Upgrades and seat additions take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. The Free plan gives you 20 credits per month and lets you SEE every tool — paid-tier tools show an upgrade CTA when you try to run them. The Free plan never expires.
What is included in the Growth plan that is not in Pro?+
Growth ($89/seat/mo, or $71/seat/mo on annual) includes everything in Pro plus: 2,500 credits per seat per month (vs. 1,000 in Pro), multi-workspace support, unlimited business profiles per workspace, Bulk Operations (run any tool across every business at once), Deep Research using Perplexity Sonar Deep, and priority generation. It is designed for founders running multiple ventures and SMB owners with multiple locations or brands.
How does Enterprise pricing work?+
Enterprise is custom-priced based on your organization's volume, seat count, and required features. It includes Pro and Growth functionality plus the flagship reports (Investor Pitch Deck, Financial Projections Builder), white-label branding, full API access, SSO and team management, a dedicated account manager, and an SLA guarantee.
