Do we have to commit to DOMO and Snowflake?
No — those are our default recommendations because they have the strongest TCO at the SMB-to-mid-market scale we serve, but we will build on Power BI, Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, or Redshift if you have a strategic reason to stay there.
How does this work with our Cargowise data?
We work with developers experienced in the Cargowise database schema to extract the operational and financial data directly, on a daily refresh cadence, without breaking your existing Cargowise reporting.
What happens after the initial build?
Our implementation team is structured to make itself unnecessary. Year one is build + training. After that, your in-house team owns new dashboards and pipeline changes; we are available for major upgrades only.
Can the AI agents you build read these dashboards?
